Since returning to the United States, I have been looking for a companion to share my life with. So far there were only a few dates and a few disappointments as well. Most of the disappointments have been with the web sites and lack of people that match me in this area of Florida. Since I have a full time job weekdays and work a lot of hours or I'm "on call" for work nights and weekends, this has also made it hard to meet woman or start a relationship but I have not given up *grin*

SpaceDog Finds 2 Jobs July and August 2008 After searching in Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee for work, I finally got a job working PRN (as needed) at Select Specialty Hospital, a 30 bed critical care unit where the patients length of stay average 28 days or more to qualify. At first, I was "on call" 20-24 hours on weekdays and every other weekend. I am now taking 108 hours of call, weekdays from midnight till noon and every weekend. The second gob I got at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital weekdays 3pm till 11:30 pm. After being out of work for 3 years, I am glad to be working again.
SpaceDog moves to a townhouse in Tallahassee October 1^st 2008 With 2 job, it was time for me to move into a place with just me and the 2 dogs. Started looking for a place close to work and found many town homes but it took a while to find the right one.


SpaceDog plans to buy a house in Tallahassee December 2008 Now that I am working again I moved to a townhouse after staying with Tyler and family for 3 months, I have decided to buy my own home. This will keep me here in Florida and with the housing market the way it is, its the perfect time to buy. I hope to save $1000 a month from my job at Select Specialty and use the money as a down payment when my lease runs out at the end of July. I will be looking for a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath with a big fenced backyard for the dogs and a garage to store the motorcycle and work on projects.
