Rosemary is a graduate student from England.
Jefferson is a Radiologic Technologist.
HOW THEY MET: "We met on the Internet in a chat room in December of 1996 while Rosemary was taking a cruse around the world and staying in New Zealand. She spent a week in Sydney Australia, 4 1/2 months in New Zealand, a week each in Tonga, Western Samoa, and Hawaii. Jefferson invited Rosemary to visit the United States and she spent 2 months in Florida, Georgia, and Tennassee before returning to England. "After spending 2 months together, we realized there was something special in our relationship." Jefferson visited England, and Rosemary has returned to Florida for regular visits."
HOW THEY GOT ENGAGED: "Jefferson did not get down on his knees or do anything special or exciting, instead he talked with Rosemary and they came to an understanding that what they had between them was Very Special."
The wedding was on August 12, 2000 at the home of Doctor Ronald Ray and his family in Tallahassee, FL.
The reception was held from 7:30pm to 11:00pm at the Antique Car Museum Banquet Room 3600 Mahan Drive, Tallahassee, FL.
The wedding theme/colors were violet and pale blue. The bride wore a long ivory gown and the groom was dressed in a black tuxedo with a button collar.
The reception menu featured food from friends and a three layers wedding cake.
Entertainment was assorted music provided by Tyler Telander DJ.
The honeymoon included 4 nights in St. Augustine, Florida and 2 weeks traveling across the U.S.A.
